Our home is located on the third floor of a building without an elevator in the Buon Pastore neighbourhood, situated in a residential area well-served by shops and public transportation, just a 20-minute walk from the city centre via a quiet, straight bike/pedestrian path.

Located near the intersection of Viale Amendola-Viale Don Minzoni and Via Buon Pastore-Via F.lli Rosselli, la Casa di Gianco is just a 5-minute walk from the Esselunga supermarket and a 10-minute drive from the La Rotonda shopping center. The surrounding area offers numerous commercial activities easily accessible on foot or by car, including pharmacies, banks/ATMs (BPER bank on Viale Amendola; UNICREDIT on Via Buon Pastore), bars and cafes, the Madonna Pellegrina church, hardware stores, bakeries, newsstands, clothing, and shoe stores.
