La Casa di Gianco is a delightful and bright mini-apartment with a small entrance, a double bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room opening onto a habitable balcony, perfect for relaxing, a sunset aperitif, or an intimate dinner.

The apartment is equipped with an autonomous heating/air conditioning system, adjustable via a display and remote control, which varies the comfort based on the external temperature.

With the high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi connection available throughout the house, you can always stay connected and updated, whether for leisure or work. La Casa di Gianco offers maximum convenience for remote work, without any interruptions. Enjoy your stay with the peace of mind that you can manage your online activities with complete ease and security.

Our kitchen offers kitchen linens, dishes, utensils, pots, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, milk frother, kettle, and coffee machine, including an Italian moka pot for a special moment: the ritual of coffee, its bubbling, its aroma, and its fragrance.

Guests will also have access to a washing machine and a drying rack.

In the spacious living room that opens onto the balcony and the open kitchen, you will find a glass dining table for 6, a credenza with two drawers containing informational and promotional materials to enrich your stay with numerous opportunities to explore, two reclinable armchairs that can be converted into beds. The table can also be used as a convenient desk for studying or working.

The bathroom is small but brand-new and well-equipped. It includes a shower with saloon door and personal hygiene product dispensers, toilet, bidet, sink, and cabinet for consumables such as toilet paper and cleaning products provided, as well as a first aid kit. Towels, bath sheets, and basic courtesy kits are provided. Baskets for collecting used towels are located under the sink.

The bedroom is cozy and spacious. It includes a double bed, two nightstands with drawers, a dimmable salt lamp, a power strip for convenient charging, a large four-door wardrobe with hangers and extra blankets, smart TV and chest of drawers.

The size of Casa di Gianco is ideal for two adults, but can also accommodate small families: a newborn can sleep in a camping cot in the parents’ room, provided upon request, and one or two older children can sleep on the convertible armchairs in the living room.

Pets: Pets are generally not allowed, but we’re happy to consider exceptions for your four-legged friends if absolutely necessary, as long as you take proper care of them and accept responsibility for any damage or inconvenience they may cause.

Parking: Guests may use a parking spot in the condominium parking area, subject to availability. If the area is full, don’t worry — you can easily find free parking on the street right in front of the building or nearby.

House Rules: To ensure a pleasant and peaceful stay, we kindly ask you to respect the condominium’s quiet hours, smoke only on the balcony if needed (the apartment is non-smoking), and handle all provided accessories and amenities with care.
